Project Scope & Revisions
- Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional minor revisions beyond this will be charged at £25 per revision. If a major change in direction is requested after an initial concept has been approved, an additional fee starting at £40-£75 will be applied, depending on the complexity of the change.
- Minor adjustments (small tweaks to fonts, spacing, colours are covered within the included revisions. Significant changes that alter the original concept may be subject to additional fees.
Change of Direction Policy
- If the client requests a major change in direction after an initial concept has been approved, an additional fee starting at £40-£75, depending on the complexity of the change will be charged to compensate for extra time and effort.
- A ‘major change’ includes but is not limited to: a complete shift in branding style, layout overhaul, or a request for a new design concept after approval of an earlier version.
Client Communication & Response Time
- Timely communication is essential to keeping projects on schedule. Clients are expected to provide feedback within 2 business days of receiving a design draft.
- If a client does not respond within 4 business days, the project may be delayed, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling work.
- If there is no response for 14 days, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
Payment Terms & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins
- The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
- For larger projects, a milestone payment structure may be agreed upon, with payments due at specific stages of completion.
- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week.
Cancellation & Refunds
- If the client cancels the project before design work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.
- No refunds will be issued once the final design has been approved and delivered.
Ownership & Usage Rights
- The final design files will be delivered to the client only after full payment has been received.
- Until final payment is made, all designs remain the intellectual property of the designer.
- Clients are granted non-exclusive rights to use the final design for their business needs.
- Any modifications or resale of the design without prior agreement is not permitted.
Additional Work & Hourly Rate
- Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged at an hourly rate of £50 per hour.
- This includes extra revisions, new design requests, or work outside the original project agreement.
File Delivery & Formats
- Final deliverables will be provided in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG.
- Editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD) can be provided for an additional fee of £50 if not already included in the package.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
- The designer reserves the right to showcase the work in a portfolio, website, or social media, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before work begins.
Agreement Confirmation
- By proceeding with payment and work on the project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
Changes to This Policy
Pixasso HQ reserves the right to update or modify this Creative Services Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media channels and updated on our website.
