Pixasso HQ Social Media Policy

1. Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional minor revisions beyond this will be charged at £25 per revision. If a major change in direction is requested after an initial concept has been approved, an additional fee starting at £40-£75 will be applied, depending on the complexity of the change.
2. Minor adjustments (small tweaks to fonts, spacing, colours are covered within the included revisions. Significant changes that alter the original concept may be subject to additional fees.

2. A ‘major change’ includes but is not limited to: a complete shift in branding style, layout overhaul, or a request for a new design concept after approval of an earlier version.

1. Timely communication is essential to keeping projects on schedule. Clients are expected to provide feedback within 2 business days of receiving a design draft.
2. If a client does not respond within 4 business days, the project may be delayed, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling work.
3. If there is no response for 14 days, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins
2. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
3. For larger projects, a milestone payment structure may be agreed upon, with payments due at specific stages of completion.
4. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week.

1. If the client cancels the project before design work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.
3. No refunds will be issued once the final design has been approved and delivered.

3. Clients are granted non-exclusive rights to use the final design for their business needs.
4. Any modifications or resale of the design without prior agreement is not permitted.

2. This includes extra revisions, new design requests, or work outside the original project agreement.

1. Final deliverables will be provided in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG.
2. Editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD) can be provided for an additional fee of £50 if not already included in the package.

1. The designer reserves the right to showcase the work in a portfolio, website, or social media, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before work begins.

1. By proceeding with payment and work on the project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
